Master Bond Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high performance adhesives, sealants, coatings, potting and encapsulation compounds and impregnation resins. Our line of products consists of epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics, polyamides and latex systems. They also include such specialties as anaerobics and cyanoacrylates. One and two component systems are available. Systems cure at room temperature, exposure to heat and upon exposure to UV light.

Packaging — The Way You Need It

Some of the Master Bond Packaing Options AvailableMaster Bond products are packaged to save time, increase productivity, eliminate waste and improve quality assurance. They are safe, cost-effective, convenient and easy to use. Standard packaging is available in cans, bottles, jars, pails and drums. Common sizes include half pint, pint, quart, gallon, five gallon (pails) and 55 gallon (drums) units.

Film PreformsOther packaging also available include single and double barrel syringes, cartridges, flexible divider pouches, manual and pneumatic operated gun applicators. Sizes range from grams to several ounce units. Two component systems can also be provided in premixed and frozen syringes.

Master Bond's line of film adhesives can be laser cut or die cut to the configuration of any part. Films are available in thicknesses of 2 to 8 mils and up to 16 inches square. Another option available to assist you in your production process is to have the epoxy film applied directly on your parts and returning them ready for assembly.
